Avg number of homes shown for each is 2 before they are happy. Once again, all of our clients say the same thing. "We've looked and looked on the Internet" Hours, Days on end!

Folks let me say this now.....Forget about it! Call me for help. Do you really want to schedule all of your own showings. Your probably looking at night or weekends when everyone else is. Why punish your self. The Internet is not going to help you based on our clients feedback. In fact it's not helpful unless you are familiar with pricing and know how leases work. Do you know the right questions to ask? Do you know about lead based disclosures? For rent by owners are simply not doing them. This is not legal and it's also a $90,000.00 FINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a pet? Have you put together a pet resume? Probably not. Do you know why you should? Probably not? Do you know the max the law allows for deposits in VA? Probably not. Do you know about the huge problem with foreclosures> Probably but not how it relates to rentals. OI could go on and on and on but I'm not.
